Course Modules

EAC Overview & Navigation
The Exchange Admin Center interface, the Home dashboard cards, left navigation sections, accessing EAC, and connecting via Exchange Online PowerShell.
Mailbox Management
User mailboxes, shared mailboxes, room mailboxes, equipment mailboxes — creating, editing, and deleting. Mailbox permissions, email forwarding, Hide from Address List, and mailbox size monitoring.
Groups, Resources & Contacts
Microsoft 365 Groups, Distribution Groups, Mail-Enabled Security Groups, Dynamic Distribution Groups. Resource mailboxes with calendar processing policies. Mail contacts and mail users.
Mail Flow
Accepted Domains, Remote Domains, inbound and outbound Connectors with TLS enforcement, Transport Rules for policy and routing, anti-spam policies via EOP, and Message Trace.
Roles (RBAC) & Organisation Settings
Built-in Exchange Online admin role groups, creating custom role groups with scoped permissions, auditing role assignments, sharing policies, federated organisation relationships, and MailTips.
Migration & Mobile Device Access
Migration types — Cutover, Staged, IMAP, Hybrid (MRS), Cross-Tenant, and Google Workspace. Creating and monitoring migration batches. Mobile Device Mailbox Policies and remote wipe.
Reports, Insights & Troubleshoot
Mail flow reports (auto-forwarded messages, inbound TLS, spam and malware detections), EAC Insights, Message Trace (standard and extended), Remote Connectivity Analyzer, and Admin Audit Log.
