Course Modules

Overview & Navigation
What is the M365 Admin Center, how to access it, the interface layout, the left navigation, switching views, and navigating to specialist admin centers.
User Management
Creating users, editing properties, resetting passwords, blocking sign-in, soft-delete and restore, bulk operations via CSV, and PowerShell with Microsoft Graph.
Group Management
Microsoft 365 Groups, Security Groups, Distribution Lists, Mail-Enabled Security groups, creating and managing groups, and dynamic membership rules.
License Management
Viewing available licenses, assigning and removing licenses individually and in bulk, group-based licensing, service plans within a license, and tracking usage.
Admin Roles & Permissions
Built-in admin roles, the Global Administrator and least-privilege principle, assigning and auditing role assignments, and PowerShell role management.
Service Health & Reports
Service health dashboard, incidents vs advisories, Message Center for planned changes, usage reports and activity analytics, and health email notifications.
